What you should do if you forgot your password?

For Educators, user name is your Novell ID, for Students, user name is your Neptune Code.

If you are a Student, your password comes from your birth date. For example, if you were born on April 29th 1993, then your password is 1993P04w29d

If you (both Educators and Students) have problem with your password, please write an e-mail to the Administrator (servicedesk at uni-nke dot hu).
